I often say that I already have one diva on the wedding day, and that role cannot be for other person but the bride. On most cases though, clients I work with are kind, fun and very compassionate people. Too often, the diva ends up being a wedding professional and I have zero tolerance for that behavior.

The wedding professionals I love to work with are people and companies that know the value they bring to the table but don’t let egos take over. They are creative, innovative and are total team players. I know these companies for many years. This doesn’t mean I’m opposed to working with new talents.  I look for shared values, creativity, ethical practices and definitely a mastery of their own craft.

Collaboration, collaboration! No one does anyone a “favor”. I don´t believe I create other companies growth because the clients I refer to them. The very reason I bring clients to them is because these companies are very good at their craft too and perhaps we share values and love working together.

When behind the scenes of an event production, there are no egos, no divas, no stars [besides the client], I feel I am in the right place. I feel we are doing our job properly.
